Rock The Corpse

As we can see, Givenchy took a daring route on the Couture Spring 2009 runway, presenting a collection inspired by the the corpse of the bride (perhaps even the movie) and there are many dynamic factors that I truly appreciate about this fashion risk. First, the draping effect, I ♥ draped fabrics and textures in cocoon shapes. Next, the exaggerated detailing on the shoulders and neckline is amazing! We're seeing a lot of 'increased' shapes for Spring 2009. Givenchy's interpretation is a lovely balance between the ranges of the extremes. x
