Nautical Inspired D&G brings the business for Spring 2009 ... For some reason this trend just doesn't want to die. Some how, some way this trend keeps popping back up, year after year...
(well, yes a bit of exaggeration...) but it IS something that inventively finds its way back into the trend hemisphere. I like what D&G brings to light. And what about you? Any thoughts? What I do like about this range of looks is that it's clearly not all about 'anchors & stripes' and D&G put their own stamp on the nautical theme... and although it's contemporary, it still manages to have a sporty feel. This makes it look less "Ralph Lauren" which in my opinion tends to be quite bland. Yet what is true, is that Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce did they're part to separate themselves from the pack for Spring 2009...
For all you high-waisted sailor pant lovers... "Marciano" has developed an 'affordable" version of these trousers...
